Why did you join the UCF Cares Ambassadors?
I joined UCF Cares Freshman year in 2013, I was not involved in anything my first couple of months at UCF and when I received the email about UCF Cares and to be an ambassador my eyes lit up in excitement. I was always that person that would give an arm and a leg for something to make them happy. I always cared about someone if I knew them for a few minutes or for my whole life. I was always striving to make people happy because I knew what it was like to have no one to care about you or make you happy. I wanted to be that person that have them positive, hope for their life, and belief in themselves.

Favorite UCF Cares event:
Even though its not that big of an event, I thoroughly enjoy the ambassador tabling. Most of the time we would get ignored because no one wanted to get bother by us, but that didn’t bother me. To be able to outreach to the students about what we have to offer and share my personal experiences is what made me enjoy UCF Cares the most. That one on one talk with some people and to tell them that we have the resources we have for them, I could see, really would light up their day because I cared and so did UCF about them.

Fun Fact:
I like putting myself in uncomfortable situations, that most people call me crazy for, so I can grow as an individual
